[Those tuning in to Tesla's feed will be pretty disappointed. All they're getting for now is The View From Tesla's Backside as he stands with his hands behind his back, not quite sure of what to do.

Cause a distraction. Right. But really, it seemed like Grimmjow and Ulquiorra had that part down, and he didn't particularly care to do any of this.

Still. Orders were orders and in order to obey his directive Tesla let his hands drop by his sides so the NV on his wrist could record him kicking over a mailbox.]

Orpheus had not sought out the conflict. It's really a matter of being in the neighborhood when the ruckus begins on his NV. But he is quick to rush to the scene, only to see a blonde man dressed primarily in white with a piece of bone across his forehead, just like the news article describes. He assumes that he also has a hole somewhere on his body.

This member of the attacking force is currently kicking a mailbox. Do these creatures have no shame? What if someone's birthday card is in there? He stands a few feet down the sidewalk, hand thrust out to point accusingly and shouts at the man.]

Leave off your dire deeds, you foul demon!

[Thanks to some information Kurosaki shared with him, Orpheus knows that these creatures are not, in fact, demons, but he just likes the sound of it.]

[Tesla looked up, then stared at the oddly-dressed man who was pointing and shouting at him.

What the hell?

He shook his head - the gesture both denying the human's demand for him to 'leave off' and at the stupidity of some humans and gave the postbox one final kick, enough to tear the bolts out of the concrete and send the metal box clattering down the street.]

Who are you?

[He didn't even listen to him! Just kicked the mailbox again. The audacity!]

That is someone's property! I don't care what alternate dimension you come from, I will not stand for such UTTER DISREGARD FOR GOVERNMENT SERVICES!

[Orpheus held his hand out, a blue glow forming in the palm.]

Now leave this place. I will not say it again.

I don't have one of him firing his bala.

[Tesla shrugged when the human gave no response to his question, just kept yelling at him about the mailbox. He couldn't quite understand why it was that the oddball cared so much about it.

But that wasn't the point right now. What mattered was that the human was, confusingly enough, charging a cero in the palm of his hand. Tesla just looked at him, his left eye beginning to glow red as he readied his own attack.]

No.

It is a reasonable substitute!

[A shrug? That was how little he cared for the crimes he was committing?]

Then you leave me no choice.

[Orpheus muttered a short incantation and fired a magical blast at the man.]

[It wasn't going to be a powerful cero, Tesla reckoned. It would be easy enough to deflect it with his own bala, and that is exactly what he does, firing the condensed burst of spiritual energy to meet the other projectile. The explosion as the two collided wasn't all that strong but Tesla turned his head anyway. ]

You should leave this place.

[Nnoitra and Grimmjow seemed to be having much fun maiming, injuring and killing as many people as they could. He supposed that - and by that he really meant Orpheus - wasn't against the rules Aizen had laid down for them.

So if he really wanted to, he could destroy this human completely.]

[It was concerning how easily he deflected his attack. The ease with which he created his own blast of energy spoke of his power. Orpheus may have gotten in over his head here.]

I don't think I'm the one who should leave. What is your purpose in being here tonight? Isn't this city facing enough trouble without your kind causing a disturbance?

[If he can't fight his way out of this situation, he will attempt to bluster his way out.]

You are. You run the risk of being killed if you do not leave this place and return to your home, human.

[Tesla paused, then decided to add:]

Unless your home is near this place. Then, I suggest you go somewhere else for the duration of this attack. We have been ordered to cause as much of a disturbance as possible.

[Tesla looks over at Nnoitra, who seems to be doing fine, then back to Orpheus. Sadly, Orpheus isn't Nnoitra, but if he stoped using lady scented body was...]

This is your final warning, Human.

[Yes, "Human". He is, after all, human. A human with supernatural powers who has fought dark forces in the past. Yet nothing quite like this. As much as it rankles him, Orpheus realizes will have to leave this to those who are better equipped to fight the Arrancar.]

The city is watching and you WON'T GET AWAY WITH THIS!

[He swoops his cape and runs off into the night.]
