[The baseball diamond is still very much a scene of chaos. However, the crowd of people who have gather seem to all find the sudden shift in weather to be rather disturbing. The shouts and screams from rioters and those in uniforms have ceased as a sudden storm has taken over the skies directly above them. It isn't long before voices start to pick up again.]
What is t-t-that!?
A MONSTER?
OH MY GOD!
Stay where you are! This is your only warning. We will open fire!
[The NV is dropped to the ground as several rounds of bullets are fired out at whatever it is that has caused this sudden panic. After a few kicks through the dirt and grass, the NV spins and stops on the site of a shadowed figure with a number of bullet holes blown clear through it.]
Is it dead?
[The Officer's question is answered as the holes begin to repair themselves and the small figure steps forward and into the dim light. Red eyes are glowing with a rage like no other, clearly whatever is on screen is not human or happy. The beast takes a moment to adjust it's white suit before it glances back and makes a motion towards the members of law enforcement in front of him. A coffin suddenly shifts into view, moving on shadowed limbs and as if it had a life of it's own. It's going for the officers and the figure in white seems content to let it have it's fun.]
What the hell!?
[The picture shakes suddenly as it's lifted off the ground by a gloved hand and it isn't long before the face of the figure in white comes into focus. He speaks over the sound of gun shots and screaming behind him.]
Now isn't this an interesting turn of events.
M A S T E R. I know you're out there.
[He pauses to bring his face dangerously close to the screen. As if he can actually see through the device and into where ever it's playing on the other side.]

( (OOC: Sorry for the tl;dr. Black is Alucard and everything else is someone from the crowd or an armed official on scene at the diamond. No officers were hurt in the making of this post, and Alucard isn't using his NV. Integra and Walter are probably going to stop him from doing anything else, but you're free to chat with him otherwise! )
