A surprising number of us, actually. Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, Nara Shikamaru, Sai, yourself, and Kazekage-sama as far as allies go. Potential threats from our world include Uchiha Sasuke and Uchiha Itachi along with Hoshigaki Kisame, Yakushi Kabuto, and Orochimaru.

Naruto is fine. As for Sai... I can't be sure at the moment. I'm aware he was being taken care of, but further than that...

I haven't spoken with Sasuke to determine that, unfortunately. Regardless, he didn't seem entirely stable upon arrival and should be treated with appropriate caution.
