[Sasuke's got something on his mind today. When he turns on the feed, he looks considerably less bloodied and deranged than before, and instead seems mildly relaxed. He's also dressed somewhat differently, wearing a slightly oversized black shirt and track pants. The only thing that throws off the almost-normalcy of the scene is the sword lying beside him, which is soaked in blood to the hilt.]

How do abilities work around here? It isn't all chakra. Some don't have energy signatures at all. And I can't Summon anything.
