[There is a lot of button pushing happening on the communicator. The recording flickers on and off a few times , goes staticy, and does a variety of things while Cas watches with a blank face. Eventually, he figures out how to put it on the proper setting and starts talking.]

I came here looking for Dean Winchester, but I can't seem to find him. This isn't Hell, but it doesn't appear to be any dimension I'm familiar with, either. [He's still saying this all with perfect calm, even though he's a mixture of perplexed and frustrated inside. That's how Cas rolls.]
