[There's some scuffling when the feed cuts in, like whoever's holding the device is turning it around for the full look at it. Which is exactly what's going on, actually. The camera picks up darkening sky, a long drop as seen from the edge of a building, and then a red tunic with a distinctive yellow R on the left breast. That bright yellow cape and pointed green boots are pretty distinctive too, actually.]
