[Hacked Video]
[This video feed isn't coming from Garrus Vakarian's NV, but rather from a second NV. If someone feels like tracing it, it will be linked to the man seen in the video, one Daniel Hulton.]
Nhhuh...not in the day man...no monsters in the day man...
[The video seems to be dangling from a light post, over a young man who's been tied to it by some kind of steel cabling. He's dressed well enough, if a little warmly for winter, with a shock of red hair. His face is bruised, with a split lip and a still-forming black eye, and he seems to be almost rocking himself against the light-post repeating the above phrase over and over again. A siren is heard and eventually a car rolls to a stop out of view. Doors open and close, and a woman's voice is heard.]
"There he is officer! That's the man who threatened me and took my purse!"
"Uh...did you do this ma'am?"
[A male voice, likely the officer in question's asks.]
"Oh no. As he was running a man with a big, black cape ju-"
"Wings man, they were fucking wings!"
[That's Daniel this time, sounding strangled and disbelieving.]
"He had big black wings like some kind of fucking lizard, like a little dragon or a...or a...or a giant BAT!"
[The officer walks into view, shaking his head and tipping his cap up in thought.]
"Riiight. A giant bat. In the middle of the day. Whatever buddy, you can tell this story to the desk sergeant down at the station. Come with me ma'am, we'll take you down and get your statement."
[The officer turns to go and then looks up, furrowing his brow. He reaches up to grab the NV and the feed shuts off.]
