[Tonight - that's right, the sirens have long since gone off - Gin is in the Darkness. He must feel comfortable enough with his location if he's activating his NV for a video feed. Sure, normal snakes may be, but that thing is anything but normal. Are you sure you want to keep it as a pet?

... Better how? I don't think a normal snake will try to kill you -- not if they're anything like the ottersnakes back home anyway. I'm still kind of learning about the animals around here, actually.

I guess you'd have to find some kind of Darkness container for it? Do you have one?

There are plenty of snakes that'll gladly squeeze the life out of ya fer their next meal. I'm gonna guess I don't even need to explain the poisonous ones, right?

[Almost as if on cue, the snake lunges forward and sinks its teeth into Gin's... sleeve. Which seems like a pretty hefty mouthful for the creature.]
