[The voice that speaks is both ambiguously gendered and rather annoyed. The video screen shows a young man with lavender-tinted silver hair adorned with feathers. The only way that anyone would have been able to tell his gender was simply that if he was a woman, he would be astoundingly flat-chested - but it's far from difficult to mistake him for a woman. His clothing is strange and rather skimpy; although at first only his short top with long poofy white sleeves can be seen, when the video feed zooms back a little you can see what else he’s wearing. A strange little purple jockstrap-esque article of clothing held on by four thin straps and thigh-high boots. Hardly appropriate fare, even with the white “cape” that hangs down from his waist to cover the back of his legs. He glowers at something offscreen and looks back at the video screen. Whatever he’s using to hold the NV is unexplained.]
