[He's sitting on a roof somewhere, not looking bothered by the afternoon heat - although he does have a bottle of water beside him.  It's a short building so the view is rather obscure right now.]

So I was wondering: what's the name of the world you're from?  Have you been to another one before?  If so, what was that world's name and how did you get ( Read more... )

Well if you include this one... 2? Then again it all depends on your definition of worlds. To me, every person is their own world because they each have a life time of experiences and if you can affect their lives in some way, that to me is like visiting thousands of worlds. Does that make any sense to you?

[OH! Do you want me to set up that log for Sora and Brooke now that I'm off hiatus?]

Sure it makes sense, I kinda can see that. Everyone is like their own world and just as important and even life-changing to the people they meet.

[Yes! I would love that!]

Exactly! Which is why I love being a bard, because I try to meet as many people as possible and brighten their day with a song! Yohohoho!

[Hopefully I can get it up by tonight, I've been a little swamped

What kind of songs do you sing? Or do you just make them up as you go?

[That's fine, I'll be around so take your time. ^_^]

Sometimes I make them up as I go, sometimes I have songs that I simply want to sing. You see, I sing depending upon my mood, and often times if you listen carefully you can tell the difference of what mood I'm in. So when I'm happy my songs tend to be more upbeat, when I'm sad, they tend to be slow and play on your heart strings, when I'm angry my song tends to be the kind you'd march into battle with, and when I'm not really feeling much of anything, my songs sound almost boring. Yohohoho!

That's sounds like fun! I like singing and I did it in Atlantica a lot the second time around. We were helping out some friends of mine who wanted to put together a musical!

Really?! I didn't know you sang! And what's Atlantica?

I do it for fun mostly, that sort of thing. Atlantica is one of the worlds I visited. It's a city that's built under the water, with mermaids and stuff!

Why do anything if it isn't for fun or for love I always say! Yohohoho!

M-M-MERMAIDS?! That's so cool! It's a shame I can't survive in the water.

There are somethings you just gotta do but you gotta believe in it with all your heart.

Yeah! A lot of mermaids and I had to change with magic to be able to go down there. You can't? But I've seen skeletons in the water before. Does it hurt you?

Ahh, but much of those things you just gotta do, you do for love don't you? Even if it's just the essentials for survival, you do it because you love to live, or you love yourself. I can't honestly think of anything I don't do out of one of those two reasons, and most of the time it's for both.

Did the mermaids have tails that matched their sea shell bras? Well due to the nature of the curse that turned me into a skeleton, I will die if I am submerged in water. You see, I ate a cursed fruit that while I was alive made it so that I would sink like a rock in water, and this is what is responsible for my being alive today. It's powers that make water weaken me still apply.

I suppose so, in a way. I'd be okay if I didn't live though, if it meant someone else could in my place. That's love for someone else.

Not really... [Oh so awkward, he doesn't want to talk about bras.] So...you ate a cursed fruit, sank in some water, died there but came back to life as a skeleton and now all amounts of water weaken you?

Yes, you see right to the heart of it. Even if you don't live through it, if it's to protect someone you love, that's still a good reason. Although in my personal opinion trying to live and save them is still the best course of action. Yohohoho!

Oh, sorry, I suppose you're still a bit young to be discussing such things. No, I actually was killed by poisoned weapons. Water actually nullifies the powers gained from the cursed fruit and as such would also kill me since the cursed fruits powers allowed me to come back from the dead. To put it in more simple terms, the blessing of the fruit is that it allows you a chance to come back to life, the curse of the fruit is that if you wind up in deep water, you'll die.
