Why did I need to get my shots all over again? I had to get a bunch for school in Japan and I told the doctors that, but they still said I needed more. My arms are too sore for me to go training now.

It'll be sore for a few days, that's it. I'd say use a warm compress, but I doubt that'd be good in the heat. Might be better to take a break from training 'til it cools down anyway.
