[The video feed flickers on as what seems to be a cover of some sort is lifted off the camera. The NV appears to be lying flat, looking directly up at a blank ceiling. There's a shadow moving just nearby, though apparently not paying the device much attention, and a voice, masculine, calm but laced with good humour, which seems to be talking to... ( Read more... )

Generally, technology. Though if it looks just like a normal book, there might be something like... magic involved. [doesn't sound too pleased about that, but his expression's still fairly neutral.]

Anyway - it's connected to a network, which means when you speak or write into it intentionally, it'll send everything you do to the rest of us.
