It's been unsurprisingly chaotic, but what I find most aggravating are those that could have either avoided or aided their situations had they simply stayed inside or called for assistance earlier.

It's simply that in my world, I frequently needed to make decisions in potentially life-threatening situations for a small number of individuals under my guidance. Pride is something that couldn't factor into them.
