Shade offers a less then suitable protection from the sunlight, while the heat surrounds you. It's less then adequate. Are you used to such oppressive weather as some of the newcomers are?

Not at all, this is quite inconvenient. I've taken to wearing a loose yukata I recently bought for a cheap price, just to stave off the worst of the heatwave.

I would rather not change my clothes because of the heat. Perhaps a lighter fabric is needed.

Mm. I was still getting used to the styles around here. Now I need to enforce the rules about clothing, considering how much less of it is around.

I've recently had a young lady set up residence with me. It's proving a challenge to clothe her appropriately, given her expressed wishes to go to school.
