Two questions.
For one, the news keeps talking about "abilities." First the woman who'd gotten food poisoning had rapid regeneration abilities, or something. Now that SERO doctor unleashed a mass of energy around her, once again, attributing to some ability. Seeing as the news comments fairly easily about these "powers," I can think them only as commonplace in their world. (Well, between Trucy, Maya, Pearls, and Apollo, they're pretty commonplace in my world, too. Maybe that's why this doesn't really surprise me.)
My question is very simply, "what's up with that?"
Do these, er, natives all have an ability of some kind? Are there abilities that are more common, or does each and every one of them have a different power? More importantly, how many of them can be dangerous? (They don't hide their distaste for us newcomers at all. It's not a stretch to think that maybe...) I'm just wondering if there's anything I should look out for.
My second question has to do with the weather. Does it ever get any warmer here? I'm pretty useless in cold weather.
