[Would have made this voice as she usually does, but she's drowsy even if she's only been awake for a little bit. You can see she's in a hospital room; it's got all the tubes, wiring, machines beeping, and she was dressed in a hospital gown. She doesn't want people to see that, but then, she's tired anyway. She has a few bruises on her face; one high on her cheek, and another on a slightly exposed shoulder. But that's not why she's in the hospital.]

I'm sorry for not calling in to inform anyone of where I am. I barely even remember coming here myself. Adachi? Thank you for all your help; I don't think I would have made it here without your help.

[She smiles slightly; she owes him one now, but he did kind of save her life, so that's fine by her.]

I'm not really sure which place this is. I'm guessing it's the hospital and not the medical center, but I could be wrong. I just woke up an hour ago, so you'll have to excuse me if I don't make much sense.

Akihiko? Shinjiro? I'm sorry, I should have had Adachi call you both to let you know that I'm in the hospital. Mr. Edgeworth, as well. It seems I didn't make it into work like I said I would, after all. [She laughs softly but stops as it becomes too painful.]

No one needs to worry; I'm alive and the doctor says I'm stable. I should be out of here soon.
