015 [Hologram]

[Anyone watching this is free to notice that Nagi looks as if he hasn't been sleeping well - his hair is sloppy and there are dark circles under his eyes. He even yawns as the feed starts.]

How many people have been to see that metallic sphere since it was put on display? You really can't see your reflection in it.

[The same might be said on this girl. Looks like sleep has been rough. A holo of just her upper torso is seen though, head tilted]

I dragged a friend out there with me the night they displayed it. I... admit it was creepy not to see my reflection.

I found it more strange than creepy.

Everything here is strange. Creepy just adds to it. Considering powers in this port though? I wouldn't be surprised if something was repressing the images. [There was a pause as she covered a yawn before going on.] What ever it is... I think one view was enough for me.

Once is definitely enough.

I wouldn't mind knowing how it was done, but I think writing it off to some form of power would make the best sense.

Not everything can be explained by powers, though.

True, I suppose... though lately I'm starting to believe there is nothing out there someone can't do. [Another yawn, she mumbled an apology in it..] ...it's like everyone here is a Devil Fruit user. It's insane.

Devil Fruit?

Ah, right. Sorry... just something from home. People eat a fruit back home that grants them powers. Takes away their ability to swim, but generally they get by without that.

A few people here have mentioned that anyone normal starts to get a power here, so that's not a bad comparison.

[She's one of them...] Y-yeaaah. I've... noticed that too.

[By now, Nagi figures him already having one is hardly a secret for anyone who's looked at the network enough.]

Fortunately I don't have to worry about that.

Oh? One of the ones who came with their own power?

Exactly.

Learn to control it however you can. Life's hard otherwise.

[And with that, he closes the connection. Was he...actually being nice for a moment? Possibly.]
