After some thought concerning recent events and my change in housing, I've decided to open myself to commissions. I'm a highly skilled sewist with plenty of experience, and I already work within the city as a fashion designer (and that should really be enough of a credential).
I'm more comfortable creating women's clothing, but I have no small amount of experience with men's either. My pieces can be used for daily wear, formal occasions or theatrical costumes; I'm versatile. I'm also open to do simple tailoring or repair.
Currently, my only restrictions are that I cannot take the commission for a piece that involves materials which cannot be sewn - for example, I don't know how to do metalwork. I also won't do "fetish wear". [disdainfully] I reserve the right to refuse any commission prior to payment, and I require that I receive at least half of my payment up front.
Sketches are helpful but not required; I'm skilled enough to be able to work with merely a description.
Prices are negotiable.
