Well there seems to be a few possibilities to me about what your dream might mean. Most of the time our dreams are from the mind at rest so it tends to reflect situations or things in your life. Or so the theories go anyhow. Now if my guess is right I think your dream may have been telling you that you might be or should be worried about trying to reach some sort of goal too much. Perhaps this voice you were hearing telling you to stand up was the source of this goal. But rather than falling which would be a failure of your own for trying to reach this goal, perhaps it is the goal itself that is dangerous.
Granted this is all conjecture.

It's ridiculous that people are that way. They'll attack things that they don't understand or frighten them. Umm, it's- it's really weird, but there's been a lot of strange things here.
