[ A NV turns on, playing some
rather lovely 80’s ballads. There is the image of a certain bespectacled young man, looking progressively more frustrated as he fiddles with what used to be his computer.
…Finally, the feed appears to be normal. Or at least as normal as it can be, given the circumstances. Kyouya does not look very impressed at all, having missed

What I have determined about this network comes from my own brief experience with it, and observing one Suou Tamaki, who I am sure many of you are… acquainted with.
In any case I have come to the conclusion-
[ And unfortunately
the music starts up again, much louder than it was before.
However, once again it is quickly silenced. ]
As I was saying, I can only surmise the purpose of this network is to ask questions that one could rather easily find the answer to themselves from simple “research” or “observation”. From what I can gather, this is a common pastime of “commoners”. And while I am not normally one to find merit in wasting my time in such a manner, I cannot help but feel should I not say something, I will otherwise be… compelled to do so by another force.
Therefore, I will ask the question, which would be the more… reputable institution? Siren’s Port General Hospital, or the Skye Medical Centre?
Please attempt to keep answers concise and unbiased.
[ And with that, the feed ends abruptly, before any more soulful ballads can be sung. ]
