If I were able to stop every horrible thing I saw, I would do it instantly, you realize. None the less, it's nearly just as bad to let things out of your control hold you down in a bad spot.
Things are heavy and bleak. Please, do not think I don't realize that. Simply, I want to say to try your best to keep your chin up through things. Maybe you haven't even thought of dropping it. If that's the case, I'm proud of you. Later if you think about it, remember that the small things add up.
