I couldn't help but notice a classified ad in recent weeks that purported to sell potions. I took it upon myself to mail a self-addressed stamped envelope and request a list.

Now far be it from me to discount the power of potions. I could tell you stories of truth-telling serums and love elixirs that would make you SWEAR OFF DATING FOREVER! However, what I take issue with is this claim that the potions are being sold by a [Orpheus makes finger quotes.] Potions Master. Yet the entire transaction takes place by mail, sight unseen. The seller even requests cash in advance!
My fellow denizens of Siren's Port, please don't part with your hard-earned money unless you can be sure of the potion maker's credentials and thus, the quality of the potions. A poorly made potion can not only be a waste of money, but incredibly dangerous! I hope you will all proceed with caution and avoid charlatans preying on your desire for luck, love and happiness.
