He just talks a lot. [And BB knows the person behind the voice, and how powerless he really is.] It's easy to ignore him, and that's what most people do, anyway -- it's probably just his way of entertaining himself. Or herself. We don't even know if it's a man or a woman.

Which already says a lot about the state this city is in, actually.

Huh. That's okay, then. He, or she, sounded really serious about what they wanted. It was a little scary to think someone like that is so devoted to wanting people to die.

I wish it was that easy. I don't know how many of us there are -- two hundred, maybe less. It's not our home, so we want to change it to resemble our homes more, but we can't really do that even if we want to. So we have to deal, most of the time.
