[The video feed comes on abruptly square shaped flecks of dark light are flowing upwards towards the sky as dark shadows begin to twist upward until nothing can be seen. The sudden darkness and the angle make it impossible to tell what or who is transmitting the actual footage.

The next visible thing is a pulsing red light, one that starts the size

[Oh, there's an interesting looking woman! Luna likes all manner of interesting looking beings.]

It's the thirteenth of January, 2012.

You've been here before?

[The woman offers a grateful smile in return for the information. The background of the feed begins to shift as it the device is following as a camera might as she moves.]

Yes I have, in fact, last I remember it was July?

[She is unsure of the exact date, it's been a year since then, and the difference in the flow of time is nothing short of surprising.]

Ooh, Summer. [A beat.] July. Well, that would explain why I hadn't seen you before. I only came here last September. Hi, I'm Luna.

Then it would seem we only just missed one another, Luna~

[The name rolls off her tongue in a rich tone.]

Like the moon. Quite a beautiful name for a young lady like yourself. You may call me Midna.

[believesbeyond]

[She smiles at the praise of her name -- she's always been fond of it herself (her mother has chosen it for her), and it was nice to hear it mentioned especially and not be teased for it.]

Midna, then. It's very nice to meet you. [A pause.] I was wondering if I may ask you a question, actually.

It's a pleasure and you may ask, this place certainly draws from quite the number of worlds. I had many myself when I first arrived.

[believesbeyond]

[She smiles.]

What do they call your kind, where you're from?

[ofthetwili]

[The question causes her own lips to spread wider in turn. She seems happy to be asked and answer.]

My kind are know as the Twili. We are a race of who dwell in the Twilight Realm.

[believesbeyond]

[A Twili! She's never heard of one of those before.]

Did you like it there?

[ofthetwili]

[Not many have, but after all this time she is quite used to it.]

It's my home, so I should hope so, but compared to the world of the light and here, some might considering it lacking.

[believesbeyond]

Lacking how? [A beat.]

I find it fascinating.

[ofthetwili]

The Twilight Realm is one of darkness. There is no light and under normal circumstances my kind can be killed if exposed to direct sun light. Most people do not think very much of my home, but it's only because they lack the ability to see the beauty of the twilight.

[believesbeyond]

Well, I think it sounds beautiful. I wish that I'd be able to see it for myself one day... but if I may ask -- does that mean you can't go outside during the daytime, here?

[ofthetwili]

You have quite a different view than most of your kind, Luna. Could I show you, I surely would.

Here? I will have to test to be certain ... the last time I came here, I developed an immunity to sun light, but I was forced to take on a much smaller form in order to survive the day light.

Dawn will certainly be an interesting time!

[believesbeyond]

[Luna's eyes widen in surprise.]

Really! That's amazing, that you were able to do that. [A beat, and she remembers to thank her for the compliment:] and thank you; I try to keep an open mind about everything. You get to see more of life that way.

The form is not unfamiliar to me, for a time I was forced to live that way before coming here. As frustrating as it can be, it does serve a purpose, being able to being in the light is something many of my people yearn for.

[Each time Luna speaks, she just gets more and more impressed.]
