[When the NV turns on, it's being held very awkwardly and the view is skewed. Alice comes into view and behind her are several young children talking all at once and rather loudly. She tries to shush them, and Jack's voice can be heard nearby with another boy's. She laughs.]
Jack. Jack! It's on!
[She tries to turn the NV so it will get both of them in view.]
Oye! Hang on-- hang on, hang on-- [There's a loud shout from a child-- (Hey, wait!) before Jack appears on screen. He grins, glancing over at Alice.] Right, love, you want to tell them or you want me to?
[She nods, smiling. She holds the NV back so the both of them can be seen.] Jack and I... That is-- [She tries not to smile too much. Thomas starts protesting in the back and she tries to shush him.] Just a moment. Wait, Thomas, we want to tell them--
[But Thomas is having none of it. He sticks his head between them, squirming until he's facing the NV.]
They're getting married! He asked her and she said yes! Now come back and keep playing, Jack, you promised you'd show me how to put on suspenders--
[Jack rolls his eyes-- though he can't hide his wide grin-- and grabs Thomas, yanking him into a quick headlock.]
Was that your announcement?
Thomas!
[She doesn't look annoyed, per say, but she narrows her eyes before she turns back to Jack. Slowly, she smiles, touching Jack's shoulder.]
Yes, I suppose that'll do. [And to the camera:] Jack's asked me to marry him and I've said yes.
[Jack grabs her hand and thrusts it in front of the NV to show a simple, silver band. His own ring can be seen as well and they both smile before turning off the NV.]
