-Holiday Barge Cancelled
Much to the disappointment of many families all over the port, AGI’s annual holiday barge and parade has been cancelled. Fog conditions near the docks have made it impossible to safely dock the barge, so word came from AGI personnel this morning that the event would have to be postponed. Almost immediately, phones were ringing off the hook with complaints.
It’s been a tough week for AGI’s customer service department. The company is also under fire for what has been described as "shoddy cable service"this previous week, particularly during late night broadcast hours.
