[Someone is very, very upset today and for once is not going to any lengths to hide it.]

A work of literature on its own can do a great deal of things. But as with any work, it takes a life of its own once it leaves the artist's hands.

I know far too well how potent the written word can be, even without any author or actors to push the message further. But none are at fault in cases such as these.

I will leave prayers for those children.

I'm speaking from experience. It's refreshing to take life to a different direction, even if only for a while.

I'd like to think I've changed the course of my life for good.

To make a long story short: imagine how it is to turn away from life in the military to choose whatever things you find exciting. Prior to coming here, I led a rebellion. It feels different to live mere days without having to fight a war.
