I have never seen such a fuss made over such a holiday. Such gaudy decorations laid upon the establishments I pass, and even upon the trees themselves.
I daresay she would have many words to share with being decorated so, were she awake. [ Someone's tree buddy got Christmas'ed up early. Awesome or Awesome? ]
It harms them not, so I cannot find fault with such things. Though I grieve for the warmth of the sun - I do not know how much longer I must bear this cold. [ Also she worries about Crysta. She can keep her little clearing warm for only so long while she was there, after all. ]
I put this question to those who know of this world. How long must this weather last? I have traveled through such changing seasons, yet never have I been subject to remaining in one place so devoid of warmth for so long.
