[Rain grips the NV, silent as he weighs the options. If he runs out there now, there's no telling if he'll even survive in one piece, much less make it in time. It just wouldn't help the situation at all. But still, he has to do something! Then he blinks at the device he's clutching, and the idea strikes him like lightning. Of course. The only way to reach out to people in the dark is by NV.]

It's about twenty minutes later when it comes back on again, and Rain is reconnected to Duo. He looks much better - a bit pale, and kind of dirty, but alive and breathing.]
