You can filter your network conversations to specific people or away from specific people and enforce this with encryption, but the enforcement is only as good as the encryption.

For example, this part of the message is filtered to you alone, but a competent hacker could spot the message and hack the encryption. If you're really concerned, you should be talking to an expert: I just know how to use commercial encryption without making significant errors.

What sort of NV do you have? I'd like to tell you how but the details depend on your NV. You load in an encryption scheme - or there may be a default one already there - and there's probably an option to use it in the menus somewhere, but likely in an entirely different place on yours than on mine.

It's a tablet. I saw some ads in the city and it looked almost exactly like my NV.

You should be able to select a set of instructions which encryptions use and to encrypt messages to go to only selected people or everyone except selected people. Does it sound like it might be either of those?

If your NV doesn't have any standard encryptions, I can send you a file, but you can and should purchase or find better encryptions than anything I can send on the net.

That sounds good. When everyone has slightly different NVs, it's easier to show in person, the TARDIS is probably better at this than I am, and anyway it's better not to send encryption filters over the network.
