I'd like to commission the help of anyone who has an understanding of chemical compounds. Or anyone who has matter-transmutation powers.

I have a substance you can't find in this world, and I'd like to duplicate it, at least on a small-scale, for personal use. I can compensate well.

It's a chemical compound called xenothium. It's mostly used as a power source, but it's kind of unstable. It's not radioactive, but it is volatile and has to be handled delicately.
