[the TARDIS has her NV sitting on a table or something similar is currently hunched over some sort of mechanical device, tinkering with the wiring. next to her are schematics of some sort and a pencil worked down almost to a nub. at first it seems like she doesn't realise the device is on, so focused on her task as she is, but then she looks up at it, a smudge of graphite across her cheek where she must have smeared some from when she was working on the plans. her fingers are just as dirty. she's obviously been at this for a while - and from the looks of it, will be a while yet
yet when she speaks, it has absolutely nothing to do with her project at all]
I'm curious. Are there others here who weren't originally organic? I know there's a number here who aren't human -- or anything similar, for that matter -- but are there others who aren't in a body that belongs to them? Like me. Though I suppose that's inaccurate, as this is my body now. Or was the first time around.
[she waves a hand flippantly] At any rate, I was simply wondering if I'm the only one here. Though I'm just as curious as to the genetic makeup of the rest of the Port, if you care to tell me.
