This is going to sound like a really odd request no matter how I put it, and the explanation is almost as weird as the rest of it, but here goes nothing anyway. I need clothes--small people's clothes. Like...kid's clothes, for someone about three foot tall, say.

Well, what have you got? I don't know what I'm really looking for short of something warm.

So you need winter clothes? [ and thus he drags the nv and himself through as long hallway to his room. ] For a boy or a girl?

[ And Clark adjusts his glasses, smiles. ]

A boy. I'm afraid I have no idea how old he is, since he won't say.

Then he's prob'ly really old! [ he sets the NV down once he reaches his room, moving to rummage through his wardrobe. good thing about being a phancyhive: so many clothes. eventually he pulls out six or seven outfits, from jeans and shorts to sweaters and t-shirts and even a jacket. ]

Do they need socks an' shoes?

I think he's just a little proud, really. [ He smiles. ]

He's got some shoes, but a few pairs of socks would be great. A couple of puddles and you really go through them this time of year.
