This city has seen more than its share of violent deaths. Even without the Core, spirits like that tend to linger, and lash out in any way they can.

Learn about the area's history, sort through the tales of the dead...or just walk into the dark places and ask them. I'm not sure I recommend that last one. [Garr's walked into more than a few dark places before, but that doesn't mean it was the best idea. And even he knew when it was time to leave that place where the old ghosts were strongest.]
