Yes. When Nana came here a long time ago, Nana was very hurt and had to go to the hospital. Yosuke brought Nana a piece of cake and a balloon because Nana had never had cake before or knew what cake was.

Yosuke even lived with Nana and Pino and Uncle Raul for a little bit too.
