[Kadaj is sat on the floor, with a blond head resting on his lap. It's Liquid- and Liquid is lying very, very still. The Remnant isn't looking at the camera, and his expression is twisted with pain and anger and a strange kind of calm, like a bomb about to explode.]
Liquid died. I told him he would be next, but he said he wouldn't. He promised he wouldn't.
[His fingers are in Liquid's hair, and after a moment of silence, they curl into a fist.]
