I've noticed that individuals within the city dislike traversing across the city at night. I can hardly blame them -- the majority of people within this city don't have the necessary amount of power and finesse to navigate the city after sirens. But I do ( Read more... )

[This is her way of saying that just because she fights at him doesn't mean she hates him any more or less.]

You're becoming a taxi service?

For an outrageously high fee.

[He's only using voice with you because he's hiding in your house. Feel special. 8|]

I should hope. It's just in case someone gets sick all over your shoes. Which, by the way, are in very good taste.

[Whatever. Like she cares. Or knows. Lalala, blissfully unaware and two blocks away.]

I would say thank you, but that would be far too familiar for my taste.

[Pause.]

And should anyone get sick on me, I will triple their fee.

I'd gag anyway.

What is your fee?

It would depend on what, exactly, I need to move.

[He pauses again -- and Jinx may or may not notice, but he seems to be taking the pause to take a breath. As if he actually needs it.]

And what I would need to defend myself against.

[Joke's on them. Teleport FTW.]

[She totally doesn't notice. Whether or not demons utilize their lungs is the last thing on her mind.]

Defend yourself? Uh-huh. You can just zap yourself into the nearest building if worse comes to worse and watch your client be eaten. Who would trust the King of Hell?

A variety of angels, the Winchesters, and millions of individuals wanting to stay out of the Gates.

[Should he continue? ... meh, why not.]

A demon's word is their power. I never break a contract.

At this point? I would so rather end up in Hell than have to deal with the God Squad for the rest of eternity--oh, wait. I'm pagan. That whole reincarnation thing.

[Just getting out of the taxi and headed up toward the doors of the club.]

Never?

Heaven is somewhat overrated.

[Crowley is contemplating hitting the bar area -- but for now he seems content with just poking around the place.]

I wouldn't be the King of Hell if I broke deals.

My instincts still tell me not to trust you. Those who make deals often know how to hide the fine print.

[Jinx doesn't even see him when she walks in. She's much more focused on going over a long list of problems printed and attached to a clipboard.]

[And there he is, at your side. He looks -- oddly smaller. A little weaker. But still full of swag. It's impossible to take that away until season seven.]

You would be stupid to trust me. So my praises to you.

[His hands are in his pockets and he looks oddly relaxed, considering his past day or two.]

[Well, that put ice in her veins for a moment. Her hands tense on the clipboard before she rolls her shoulders back, does the same with her eyes, and groans.]

Don't you have anything better to do? Like go find a yellow and black jacket and stand on street corners waiting for someone to flag you down?

Not particularly.

[The Winchesters want him dead. So does Michael and Lucifer. It's kind of a precarious position to be placed in. Though, as he thinks that, something else occurs to Crowley, and he inclines his head towards Jinx, manner nonthreatening.]

Has Michael contacted you yet?

[Accepting that Crowley and Gabriel have something in common, meaning they're both put on this earth to never leave her alone, she walks over to a nearby table to throw her things down.]

No, but I've painted half my house with wards and I didn't train for several months to kill an archangel for nothing. Hell, I'm still learning new tricks.

You're even more suicidal than the rest of them.

[Crowley appears in front of the table. He apparently doesn't really feel like walking today.]

Killing Michael is impossible -- unless you have specific tools.
