Well...I don't know if they're related at all, but I went for a bit of a loop at the Oktoberfest a little while ago. Just feeling really...airy and fluffy, like the world was made of cotton candy. Doesn't seem like the same effect though.

That's the second case I've heard of today. [he takes a deep drag] Mind-altering drugs can have wildly different effects on different people. You haven't found out what caused it specifically?

There was a bit of a scare around some of the kegs and sodas I think. I remember people shipping them off to be dumped out, so there was a lot less later in the evening, 'cause they wanted to make sure it was okay. Guess I wasn't the only one.
