[Emma's tone is pleasantly conversational, actually somewhat more approachable than her normal businesslike one. The facade is perfect, but will fool absolutely no one who knows her personally.]

The combination of the fact that Kevin would have contacted me had he been able and did not, the delay in the arrest announcement, and the fact that no one thought to tell anyone is disconcerting, to say the least.

Meanwhile, the treatment given to someone who may or may not have been badly fooled while trying to bring possible infrastructure issues to light is of less concern to me personally, but likely indicative of a much bigger problem.
