[You know what's not awesome? Showing up at the baseball diamond just after Sirens. You know what's also not awesome? Pissing off a Darkness monster. Or, you know, happening to be in the wrong place when a Rotgut Cougar bursts. There is some irony about a cat nearly getting MAULED by Rotgut Kittens, but Meowth isn't hearing any of that. He'd just like to know where in the FUCK he is and why are the Pokemon warped as hell.
Unluckily for Meowth (or maybe luckily), his NV has a very sensitive "voice" button, so he's been broadcasting for the past ten minutes. At first, all anyone hears is the sound of something scraping on pavement and probably the familiar sound of a hissing legion of rotgut kittens that gets drowned out by yelps, panting, and a few choice curses as Meowth starts clawing and fighting back. This... Is not very effective, so CLAWS TO THE PAVEMENT, IT IS. After a lengthy period of frantic panting and the sounds of padded footsteps too soft to be human, but, hey, maybe your NV's sound is bad somehow, Meowth finally stops, still completely unaware that he's broadcasting.]
I think I lost 'em. [A sigh] But it looks like I lost Jessie and James too. ...Huh? [Yes, everyone. Genius has discovered his NV. Finally.] I don't remember gettin' this. [....Oh well. Might as well make the best of it. He clears his throat and speaks into it, tone going all... Official-like.] Team Rocket Field Agent Meowth reporting in. We have an agent in hostile territory in need of an extraction.
