[It's a little after three when this post goes up. Someone's spent the day figuring out her new NV and doing a good sweep of the network. Her results are, to say the least, surprising: not only are several people from her "world" here, but so is Batman himself. It's a precarious situation, one she's none too eager to jump right in. This isn't home. This isn't her territory. Things have changed. But Cassandra has never been one for cowardice, and so she's not going to shrink away now.
After a quick change of clothes, a trip to a cafe for lunch, and some tea to go, she's currently sitting on one of the rooftops and surveying the city. She sips quietly on her own for some time, contemplating what she can even say to the network at large.
This has to be Cass. Not some creepy vigilante girl. But what would she talk about? What would she have talked with Brenda and Zero about...?]
They didn't want to take my money. Had to go to a pawn shop to exchange it.
[Which was...weird, but the bank assured her that the yuan was better off as a souvenir, since no one could go home. She didn't get much for what she had.]
They said it would be different here. It...looks a lot like home, actually. [She pauses.] But not for everyone, I guess.
