017v : General PSA (or is it?)
[The feed clicks on the Magneto sitting back in a fairly nice office chair, his hair combed back neatly save for the almost ever present twin locks of hair hanging over his forehead, very clean shaven, and wearing a bright coloured thin sweater. For those who know him well and have been seeing him lately - much better rested, not hungover, not overly caffeinated, alert, and almost happy, if a smug-happy. For those who don't, simply looks very polished in a casual way, and obviously comfortable in front of the camera, for all he normally replies with voice functions.]
Hello Port. After mulling it over, I've decided to follow in the footsteps of Drs Daedalus Yumeno and Kenzo Tenma and introduce myself in case I can be of service to my fellow Newcomers. Some of you may have met me while sheltering in the NCC after the earthquake. I'm Dr. Michael Xavier, I work at the NCC Clinic on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. I'm available for house calls, if you have a need. While I won't promise there is nothing I haven't seen, I'm not easily shocked or surprised when it comes to personal history or sudden onset of powers. I've also had a varied career outside medicine, having worked in construction and carpentry while attending university, dabbled in mechanics and engineering over the years, taught and ran a private school, among others.
If you haven't stopped by the NCC yet, I strongly encourage you to do so - while the Newcomer Political Party does headquarter ourselves there, the purpose of the NCC is to serve the needs of the Newcomer Community and we aren't able to do that without your input - and that's all of you, even the youngest of us.

The Danger Room is ready. Myself, Emma, or Jubilee must be in the control room while it is in use, no one is permitted to use it alone. If you can think of anyone who could benefit from it, talk to us and we'll make a decision. Don't inform others - even those we live with - without approval.
