Guns of various sizes and calibers, single and double action, short and long range, stretch across the walls and rest in very nicely put together glass display counters for people to view the various options. [Well now, here's a lady who knows what she's talking about. Elena's interest in piqued.]
The city itself is one of the more lax I've ever seen. Since the history of the Newcomers prior to their arrival to the city cannot be tracked, I can only go off what is in their records. So if a Newcomer has been arrested, that will show up. Other than that, they're free to obtain whatever they'd like.
As for the carry laws, again, the port seems very lax. You can conceal carry, with a permit, and open carry is frowned upon. Firearms are prohibited in all government and federally owned and operated buildings, such as schools, the DMV, and local courthouse. Firearms are also prohibited in local churches and mosques, unless the leader of that facility deems otherwise.

As to visiting, would now be good? My job starts Monday, and it's mornings and afternoons, so visiting at a time you're still open will become more difficult.
Also, where are you?

[She's nodding with a grin.]
Of course, I'll be here all day today. I'm located in Sector 8. I'll send you the coordinates to you in a text.

She looks around the shop with an appraising eye, examining both the guns (primarily the handguns) and the business in general.

Elena is at the counter furthest from the door, looking up into the barrel of a broken down 1911 in what looked like a cleaning ritual, dressed in a pair of light khaki pants and white button up blouse. A light brown shoulder is open and visible, the Glock resting in its holster beneath her left arm. At the sound of the door opening she's lowering the barrel onto the small mat where the rest of the gun lay in pieces, slick with oil.
"Hello. Welcome to Bullseye Guns and Ammo. Can I help you today?

She looks over the price tags for several .45 handguns, then wanders around to see what there is in the way of holsters and ammunition.
[OOC, Emma was a businesswoman, though she never did the retail level personally. A gun was always a hold-out weapon for her - she had them when she could, she used them when appropriate, but most of the time, telepathy did the job, and most of what it didn't took bigger weapons than were practical to carry. So she's evaluating the business as well as the guns, and is better at judging the former than the latter - though she's not *bad* at the latter.]

Picking up a nearby hand towel, Elena worked the oil and grit from her hands and fingers, watching her first guest out of the corner of her eye.
"If something strikes your fancy, just let me know and I'll pull it out for you.
[ooc: Thanks!!]

Emma looks over the handguns and examines three basic .45 semiautomatic, all with a slightly smaller grips. She especially looks at the price tags, knowing she can't afford it now but wanting to see how much she'd have to save. "I think I'll wait to hold anything until I could afford one -- I wouldn't want to find the perfect gun and then have it get away. Holsters?"

It takes Elena several moments to work the oil out of her skin, though the smell and faint discoloration remains. She would later have to work the dirt and grim from the cracks of her knuckles later. Ambling over towards the semiautos, Elena gives a little smile. "I understand completely. I've only got a few in stock right now on the south wall, I'm hoping to get more leather holsters in later this month."

"Just so you know, I'm trying to find a vendor who can make more custom holsters. No two people are the same size and shape, so sometimes its difficult to get the right fit with the generic ones."
