[That's actually reassuring to hear, especially from someone like Rochelle. Jinx doesn't know a whole lot of women outside of Felton and she likes fewer. And Rochelle's one of Gabriel's only friends. Not to mention she's actually an adult.]

[To be honest Jinx wasn't someone Ro knew well. But she was friends with Gabriel and knew Jinx through Gabriel, so. She might as well have lent a hand to a friend's girlfriend. Right?]

To be honest, Jinx? I don't know you enough to gauge it. Holding nephews and friend's kids is the most experience I've ever had with babies. I changed a diaper a couple times, too. Not pretty. But. If you want to keep her? Your daughter? I think it'll turn out okay in the end.

I solemly swear I didn't get that out of a Hallmark card.

[She sighs.] I haven't even held a baby. I'm good with little boys, but only when they're, like, six and up. I mean, what if I drop her? Or scratch her? Or what if I don't know what to feed her and what do I do if she gets sick?
