[Siren's Port, there's a young child (lost?) child filming from the security office of the Underground Mall. He's seated in a chair, looking cranky as adult voices chatter in the background behind him. Based on his size he can't be more six or seven and those who've met him will recognize his overlarge green eyes and shark-like teeth. The scar on his forehead, however, is notably absent. He's positively swimming in his clothes, as if they suddenly got very large on him or he got very small.
