If you'd drink it, something might shrink, but you probably wouldn't want it to.

I hadn't planned on drinking it. For heaven's sake, I'm the White Rabbit, I think I know a little something about shrinking potions-- and this isn't one.

The question was whether or not one might use a paint this small when one has been shrunk. But I've been told it's for one's.. nails..

You could probably paint something tiny with it, if you wanted to. But otherwise, yeah, it's for the nails; you never had anything like that?
