Robotic armor and the cat problems in the news, you would think this city doesn't have too many big problems. [She pauses, fingers tapping against the wooden kitchen table she's sitting at.]
Or maybe the problem is that the big problems are talked about once, and then almost forgotten by the next day. I've been going through the news over the past few weeks, and is there anything out there that catches people's eyes more often then anything else? I know once the cat issue came up, everyone went into motion, but how many people will actually be going out and catching a man in a wheelchair?

Other then looking at the state of affairs here in the port, I did have a question for everyone. Let's give a hypothetical; say you had powers back home. Would it be right in assuming that you wouldn't be gaining any new powers or abilities while here? Or is it only the people who didn't have any powers or special abilities back home that are going to be gaining something new that they might not want?

Do people even want to be given special abilities? There should be an opt out option that the Core gives you when it brings you here.
