[The video snaps on, giving an odd upward angle of a giant statue of the
Wakame Ambassador.]
[Hitsugaya's voice comes first, sharp and annoyed.] Can't you keep that monstrosity where it belongs?
[In contrast, the other voice is calm and even as you please.] You were supposed to be out longer. I was cleaning. He is not a monstrosity.
It's a miracle that thing even stands up. The balance is off, the edging is shoddy, and there's no sense of proportion at all. And that's not even counting the utter lack of detail in the carving.
Perhaps not to your taste, but he is to mine . . . and Sixth Division's.
I'm not pointing out subjective opinions. I'm pointing out factual problems with the structure.
There is nothing wrong with the structure. He stands when not run into.
[Even at this angle, one can see Hitsugaya's face take on an expression that clearly signifies that he's wondering what's wrong with the other's brain.] Don't refer to it as 'he.' It's an inanimate object.
He is the Wakame Ambassador.
It looks like something out of the nightmare of a child who ate too much candy.
[With clear superiority in his tone:] He does not like candy. He has more important things to worry about.
It isn't alive. It's not possible for it to worry about things.
It is very possible. Delicate negotiations are always worrying.
It doesn't think, Kuchiki. It can't do these things.
You should not judge, Hitsugaya, what he can and cannnot do. You do not understand his responsibilities.
He -- it isn't real, damn it!
He is real enough for you to run into him.
I did not run into it.
He would not run into you. Are you saying there was an intruder that crashed the two of you together?
Don't try to make this my fault -- [Here, Hitsugaya finally notices that his NV is on the floor and recording. There's a facepalm and a muttered curse before he reaches down and turns the damn thing off.]
[OOC: Backdated to Monday afternoon. Green is Hitsugaya, blue is Byakuya. Replies will come from both (once Cat is awake, until then, you're stuck with just me. :D). Yes, these two are weird.]
