It's the Core. If there's anything about it in those pamphlet things, it's mostly right. Everyone you talk to on this network was basically stuffed into an interdimensional candy-van and brought here.

One way valve in. There are people who disappear, we assume they return home. Some have gone home and returned here. But there isn't a purposeful way out yet.
