[This is clearly an intentional video. Yukimi's placed his NV in front of him, and you see a view of his face, glasses on his nose and his hair slicked back with water after his recent shower, just a little touselled. Behind him is a bare wall, albeit with a bunch of scribbled-on notes tacked up.
He flashes a grin at the camera and pushes the glasses a little higher on his nose.]
Attention all newcomers to Siren's Pull. I'm Yukimi Kazuhiko and I'm a writer, so...hey.
I got myself a job working for a local newspaper, and they want me to do a weekly piece on what the newcomers are up to. [He gives a vague wave of his hand] None of the fucked up shit like Kira and that. I want to paint a picture of the newcomers that the city hasn't seen before - that we're just regular folks like the rest of them, and we do good things and aren't just a force to be scared of and hated.
But this is where you come in. [He points towards the camera] I need stories to tell.
So each week I'm gonna ask for you guys to tell me about something you've been up to that week that you think would make a good story. I don't need much, just a coupla paragraphs to turn into an article, and then it'll go out on everyone's NVs with the regular Saturday paper.
Sound good? Good. Lookin' forward to hearing from all of you.
((OOC: Just as Yukimi said, from this point on I'll be submitting a couple of paragraphs to the SP mods to run in the paper each week. :D!
It would really help me out if you guys could help me by giving me material to work with each Friday. I'll put up an OOC post to make submissions in each week, I expect, so please keep an eye out for them!
